Wilmink and Robert G. Diener. The book provides guidelines and procedures for developing large-scale composting facilities capable of producing high quality compost. Information is provided on meeting regulations and the permitting process in West Virginia, compost pile construction options, odor control, choosing equipment and marketing end products.
