SA:Rann announces new cabinet

South Australian Premier MIKE RANN says fresh blood in his revamped cabinet will reinvigorate
his government.

In Mr RANN'S biggest cabinet shake-up since 2002 .. two ministers move to the backbenches

while KEVIN FOLEY remains a minister but steps down as deputy premier and treasurer.

The premier says it's important to have a combination of experience and new blood ..

and he believes he's got the balance right.

The two new faces .. TOM KENYON and BERNARD FINNEGAN .. both 38 .. replace outgoing
